If you wish to testify on a Rule on the Agenda, please contact the Committee Assistant by 12:00 p.m. at least 3 business days in advance of the meeting. Contact info for the Committee Assistant can be found to the left. LCAR’s Procedural Rules § 3(a). Each document on the rule (including handouts, testimony, and proposals for changes) must be submitted electronically as a PDF to the Committee Assistant no later than 12:00 p.m. at least 3 business days in advance of the meeting. Documents submitted to the Committee Assistant after this deadline may not be considered.
