Chapter 031 : Conventions to Amend U.S. Constitution

§ 1812. Composition of convention
The convention shall be composed of 14 delegates elected at large by the qualified voters of Vermont. It shall meet in the Senate chamber of the State House in Montpelier. The date for the holding of the convention shall be not less than 20 nor more than 30 days after the election of delegates. (Amended 2025, No. 91 (Adj. Sess.), § 58, eff. Apr. 30, 2026.)
